The fact growth of exports of manufactured goods and the diffusion of containerization has raised important questions concerning the capacity of Brazilian pout facilities to meet the requirements imposed by international commerce. In this stud , ire analyze the choice of shipping, goods in containers versus break-bulk. We discuss the determinants of logistic decisions in foreign trade hard estimate a probabilistic logic choice. model.
