Exportações brasileiras de produtos manufaturados: uma avaliação econométrica para o período 1964/84

Abstract

The objective of the paper is the estimation of simultaneous models for manufacturing exports from Brazil. Two different models are specified, respectively in equilibrium and disequilibrium analyses. The latter one assumes that prices ale rigid, what causes rationing among economic agents. After discussing the models' specification, the results of estimation are presented and contrasted to other ones available in the literature.
